Current open positions

Main responsibilities:

  1. Client portfolio management
    • Address the full spectrum of technical matters including legal, tax, wealth planning, and financial issues for an UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) clientele;
    • Identify client needs and challenges in order to design tailored strategies, recommendations, and action plans;
    • Select and coordinate external advisors in line with each client’s specific needs and circumstances;
    • Fully assume the advisory role by supporting decision-making, overseeing the operational implementation of client decisions, and ensuring ongoing monitoring of implemented solutions;
    • Take responsibility for maintaining and developing revenue from the assigned client portfolio.
  2. Business development
    • Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset with the ability to develop a new UHNW client base within the Family Office segment;
    • Achieve annual targets for new business through client acquisition;
    • Actively contribute to the company’s overall commercial strategy and represent Intuitae at events, conferences, and relevant business networks;
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s offering and the identification of growth opportunities.
  3. Functional mission
    • Take ownership of a cross-functional mission within the Intuitae group.
  4. Firm life & internal responsibilities
    • Oversee billing and collection processes for the clients under management;
    • Manage, supervise, train, and support teams;
    • Help structure and improve internal processes (client acceptance committee, sales procedures, financial consolidation, compliance, etc.).

Candidate profile

  • Higher education degree in finance, business, or a related field (Business School, Master’s degree, or equivalent);
  • Proven experience (10–15 years) in a Family Office, private banking, wealth advisory, or financial services environment, with a strong commercial focus;
  • Solid understanding of wealth and financial matters, including international aspects;
  • Knowledge of financial investments (listed assets, real estate, private equity), family governance, and philanthropy;
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, ambition, and a commitment to excellence;
  • Ability to unite teams, structure initiatives, and manage operations effectively.
