Club deals

Joining a club deal means investing alongside a selected group of investors within a limited-size syndicate established to finance specific transaction. By nature, club deals are opportunistic and non-standardised. The principal advantages of a club deal structure are the ability to choose your co investors and to access investment opportunities and acquisition capacity that would typically be unavailable on an individual basis.

To preserve our independence, any remuneration received from third parties is fully passed on to our clients.
