Specialising in equity markets and financial analysis, Martine joins intuitae in 2012 and brings her expertise in capital development of family-owned businesses.
During the 30 years she works at Euronext (European Stock Exchange), she participates in the markets’ major evolutions: electronic trading, computerised front and back offices, the creation of markets adapted to small and medium sized businesses, the fusion of regional stock exchanges with that of Paris, the creation of Euronext and its merger with the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange), … She is also asked to participate in the creation of the stock exchanges on the island of Mauritius and in Warsaw.
By developing an ecosystem conducive to listings on the stock exchange, Martine helps in the market financing of family-owned businesses without ever losing sight of the families’ values and DNA. Her expertise provides directors with advice as it relates to their estates.
Today, Martine is an independent director who advises family-owned listed businesses. She is the regional delegate of the AFFO (Association of French Family Office) in the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region.
Originally from Lyon, Martine recharges her batteries with gastronomy and everywhere conviviality is the key word.
